Ron Minatrea is a leadership speaker and consultant with over 30 years experience as a Fortune 100 business executive. In that time he built a strong reputation for strategic planning and operational execution in domestic, international, and global operations – ultimately responsible for shipping over $20 billion a year.

He began working as a voice talent after leaving his corporate role, and today operates his own company - creating and producing programs to help people and their companies become better leaders in business, and in life.

Ron also shares a long history with our VO Atlanta community – having participated in each of the annual conferences since we began in 2013. Over the years he's been a participant, a presenter, and returns this year to serve as the Associate Producer of VO Atlanta 2017.
