Morning Workout - Zumba
Start your day and get your heart going and your mind sharp with his energizing workout routine! You'll feel great and be ready for the day!

Ilene Kaplan (Wife of David Kaplan) will be sharing one of her favorite forms of fitness and fun.  She will bring her love for Zumba to us during V/O Atlanta.  For 45 minutes you will be able to begin your day having fun getting loose and fit.  You will be able to go through your day with a clear head and a positive attitude.

She is a certified health coach and a zumba instructor.  She understands that one of the best ways to beat stress is to have fun.  Understanding the correlation between stress and anxiety with how individuals feel about themselves, Ilene has realized how important the way we take care of ourselves has a direct impact on how we perform.  As the wife of David Kaplan she has seen the direct impact that spending a full day sitting  in sessions has had on his health.  Once David began a fitness regimen, his performance and stamina has improved.  His mood has been more positive and it is resulting in a healthier body, mind, spirit and lifestyle.

Don't want to workout to Zumba, join David Kaplan in the fitness center for some treadmill and weight training.  So, get your workout on before taking on the day.

That's the VO Atlanta Experience!
